The boss head unit works in a very simple manner. And i found the background display a bit disopinting in that there is no real graphics to speak of you would think that a unit that has a capicity to display dvd movies on it could atlest have some preset background choices such as a car or some flowers or something other than just plain text and color choices. But for what i was looking for it works fine. Playing a mp3 player without the use of a fm transmiter that often has interfearince from other stations. But if your looking for something simple without a ton of flash to just do that simple task it works.

Very good unit – Sounds great and huge mp3 capicity. I was able to put 5000 songs into this unit. Its got a 2000 file limit per device so I burnt 2000 songs onto a DVD data mp3 disk (4.7GB disk) and put 2000 songs onto a 8GB USB drive. The SD is not compatible with SDHC so I had to use a 2GB SD and could only fit 1000 songs onto it. Very nice unit.
